Thank you for visiting my new website which is still under construction. Here you will find information about myself and the services I can offer you for your mining project. In the future I will update the photo gallery, and add a guestbook.
Professional Summary: I graduated from the Royal School of Mines in 1980 in Mineral Processing and worked at a number of operations in the UK and Africa before joining Navan Resources in 1989 as Group Metallurgist. Shortly after the company changed it's name to Navan Mining plc and I remained with them until 2002 during which I was involved with the evaluation of all new group projects and acquisitions during the expansion of the company’s base metal operations in Bulgaria and Spain. In 2002 I went independent and in the early years I worked for a number of companies in Spain, Russia and Kazakhstan before becoming involved with European Goldfields Ltd and the Certej Gold Project in Romania in 2005 (www.egoldfields.com). I am still actively involved with that project as the necessary environmental and construction permits are finalised. This gold deposit is refractory and after evaluating many different oxidative techniques the Albion Process was selected to be able to produce Au/Ag dore on-site. The other major project I am currently involved with is the Ormonde Mining Barruecopardo Tungsten project in Spain (www.ormondemining.com)
In 2011 I changed my status from that of a sole-trader to a Limited Company.
Full details and an up-todate CV can be downloaded from the Services page.
Personal: I am happily married with three boys, nineteen, twelve and ten years, and reside in a beautiful part of Scotland at Bridge of Allan. I am fortunate that my house is about 500-m from the local golf course.
